Dear future doctor, in just 48 hours, you’ll be taking one of the most important exams of your journey. The INI-CET May 2025 is just around the corner, and if your mind is swinging between panic and pressure, just take a moment because #IssBarHoJayega. Let this message be a gentle reminder: you’ve already come so far.
Now, it’s not a matter of pushing harder. It’s a matter of moving smarter, staying steady, and believing in what you’ve built over the last months.
2 Days to INI-CET: Take a Breath #IssBarHoJayega
1. Don’t try to learn it all now. You already know enough.
- This is not the moment to open new subjects.
- Your mind requires strengthening, not overburdening.
- Concentrate on what you have already learned, like your short notes, key pictures, and those few pages which you always meant to rework once again.
- Revising > Relearning.

2. Make your “core four” strong: Medicine, Surgery, PSM, and Pharmacology.
- These subjects make up a large chunk of the paper.
- Quickly revise high-yield areas, clinical clues, one-liners, tables, and standard treatments.
- You don’t need to be perfect.
3. Take one mock, max. Use it as practice, not pressure.
- If you want to take a test today or tomorrow morning, go ahead, but just one.
- Take it to put yourself in exam mode, and then concentrate on analysis.
- Don’t let scores break your confidence.
- They’re mere numbers, not a representation of your actual potential.
4. Do not cram on the eve. Simply review softly
- Tomorrow (the eve of the exam) must be relaxing and in-hand.
- Run over your last-minute points, flashcards, perhaps listen to a review video that you like, but take it easy.
- More than your books, your mental clarity is going to assist you in the exam.
6. Sleep is your superpower
- A rested brain will better process questions, answer faster, and guess more intelligently.
- Get 7–8 hours of sleep tonight and tomorrow. Your mind needs that reset.
7. Double-check the required stuff today
- Download/print your admit card
- Have your valid ID
- Understand your centre’s location and chart your route.
- Pack your bag. Set your alarm.
- Give yourself one less thing to worry about.
8. Be kind to yourself. You’re human before you’re a doctor
- There will be difficult questions. You may freeze on one or two. That’s fine. Everyone will experience that.
- What’s important is how you respond to those moments, stay calm, take a breath, and move on.
- You don’t have to answer every question correctly. You simply have to try your best. And that, you’re more than able to.
Before You Go:
You’ve shown resilience. You’ve studied when it was hard, when you were tired, and when no one was watching. Now is the time to have faith.
