a. Cerebellum Academy Application only supports Mobiles, Tables and iPads.
b. Operating Systems supported are Android & iOS
c. You are allowed to login into 4 devices only out of which at a time 2 will work simultaneously.
d. Sharing and illegal use of Cerebellum Academy Application will lead to permanent suspension without any refund.
2. Reset Tests & Q. Banks:
a. Plans with Q. Banks access mainly Mission Plans are eligible for Reset feature
b. Only applicable for Mission plans with minimum 1 Year duration.
c. Please find the reset occurrence below:

3. Login Details:
a. Student cannot change their phone numbers as it is their login key
b. Only corrections in email addresses can be done, whole email address cannot be changed
4. Refunds & Cancellations:
a. For Online Plans, there is no cancellation and refund possible.
b. For Hardcopy Notes, there is no cancellation and refund possible.
c. For Offline Classes, there is no cancellation and refund possible.
d. In case of double payment, one payment is refunded into the origin account from the date of intimation from the student’s end.
e. In case amount is deducted and payment is failed, then within 7-10 working days the amount returns to the origin account.
5. Deleted Account:
In case a student has deleted the account, then the subscription is also deleted and cannot be restored. A fresh subscription needs to be bought to regain access.
