Step 2: Edit Application in Edit Window (If Required)

NBEMS offers an edit window to correct fields such as:

  • Name
  • Category
  • Qualification details

This step is useful to make your application fully compliant with the CBT platform protocols.

Step 3: Rectify Images in Final Edit Window (If Asked)
  • If your uploaded photos (picture, signature, etc.) are not clear or non-compliant, you may be asked to re-upload them.
  • The last correction window should not be missed, since image verification plays a key role in the Face ID/Biometric Verification steps of the CBT system.
Step 4:  Watch Demo Test (Available on NBEMS Website)

Before the main examination, NBEMS publishes a CBT Test online demo.

  • Understand the computer-based exam pattern.
  • Practice marking, reviewing, and submitting questions under navigation.
  • This reduces anxiety and enhances your exam preparation by replicating actual test scenarios.
Step 5:Download Admit Card
  • After the application is received, the admit card can be downloaded.
  • Double-check your name, exam centre, date, and time.
  • Print and keep it securely.
  • This is one of the fundamental online exam requirements, and it is compulsory to carry a printed admit card to sit for the CBT Test.
Step 6: Report at the Test Centre on the Scheduled Date & Time

On the day of the NEET PG 2025 exam:

  • Arrive at your centre at least 1 hour before the scheduled time.
  • Bring your admit card and a valid photo ID.
  • Late entry is not permitted, so being on time is essential in computer-based testing centres.
Step 7: Security Check-In Process

On reaching the centre:

  • You’ll be screened at security.
  • Electronic devices, telephones, bags, or books are not allowed.
  • Dress codes might be required (based on the directions in the admit card).
  • It ensures a standard and secure CBT Test for all candidates.
Step 8: Registration for Test + Face ID & Biometric Capture

While checking in, you will:

  • Digitally register.
  • Have Face ID capture done and biometric authentication (finger scan).
  • This crucial step verifies your identity and guarantees equality in the Exam Online process.
Step 9: Examination Starts

After verification, your CBT platform initiates the exam:

  • There is an on-screen clock that monitors time.
  • You will notice a question palette with status markers (answered, unanswered, marked for review).
  • The design is intuitive and allows for easy navigation.
  • This stage checks your knowledge as well as your flexibility with computer technology.
Step 10: In-Exam – Face ID/Biometric Verification

Within the examination room, a repeat biometric or Face ID check might be initiated. This avoids impersonation and further builds faith in the CBT system.

Step 11: Examination Ends

When time expires or you press “submit”:

  • Your answers are safely captured.
  • A submission acknowledgement is displayed on the screen.
  • The system locks down automatically after submission.
  • Your data is then processed using a data-driven approach, enabling fair and quick result generation.
Conclusion:

Success in NEET PG doesn’t just depend on mastering concepts—it depends on mastering the process. By following each step, right from form submission to exam completion—and preparing with CBT platforms, you align yourself with the future of medical exams.

The CBT Test online model is adapted for fair use. So be alert, meet all online exam conditions, and have your Exam Preparation keep pace with the changing needs of computer-based testing.
