FMGE December 2025 Pass Certificate – What You Actually Need to Do
You cleared FMGE December 2025. That’s a big deal. Don’t dilute it. But clearing the exam isn’t the final step. Until you collect your FMGE Pass Certificate, you’re not moving ahead with registration. So treat this part seriously.
On 12 February 2026, NBEMS released the official notice about certificate distribution. Here’s what matters, stripped of unnecessary drama.
First: The Dates
- Collection Window: 23 February 2026 to 14 April 2026
- Mode: In-person only
- Venue: NBEMS Office, Sector 9, Dwarka, New Delhi
You will be assigned a specific date and time. You cannot choose it. You cannot walk in randomly. You show up only at your allotted slot.
Reach at least 30 minutes early. Delhi traffic doesn’t care about your FMGE result.
If You’re Coming from Another State, Plan like an adult.
- Book tickets as per your allotted date.
- Reach Delhi one day before.
- Check the exact office location in advance.
- Last-minute travel chaos is not an excuse NBEMS will entertain.

- In the official NBEMS notification, there’s a link to download your Entry Slip.
- This is not optional paperwork.
It contains:
- Your exact reporting date and time
- A Self-Declaration Form
What you need to do:
- Download it
- Print it
- Fill it properly
- Carry the hard copy
- No printout = no certificate.
- Step 2: Fill the Self-Declaration Form Correctly
- The form asks for basic travel details:
- Date you arrived in Delhi
- Date you’re leaving
- Fill it accurately. Sign it. Carry it in hard copy.
They will not accept a phone screenshot. Don’t argue at the counter.
Documents You Must Carry
- Read this carefully. Most delays happen here.
- Carry originals (and printed copies where applicable)
- FMGE Admit Card (preferably colour print)
- Valid Government Photo ID
- Degree Certificate
- Eligibility Certificate
- NEET-UG Scorecard
- 10th Mark Sheet

If even one document is missing, your visit may go to waste. Double-check before leaving home.
Why This Certificate Is Non-Negotiable
Without the FMGE Pass Certificate:
- You cannot apply for provisional or permanent registration with State Medical Councils.
- You cannot legally begin medical practice in India.
- You cannot move ahead professionally.
- This document is your bridge from “exam cleared” to “licensed doctor.”

You worked hard to clear FMGE. Don’t get casual now.
Download the slip on time. Carry every document. Reach early. Finish the process properly.
