Good news for all the NEET PG candidates, the wait is finally over! The NEET PG 2025 exam date has been finally announced. According to the latest notification issued by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), NEET PG 2025 will be held on 3rd August 2025 in a single shift.
This revision follows approval from the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and introduces some significant revisions that all candidates need to note.

- Time: 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM
- Shift: Single Shift Only
More Exam Cities
To seat all the candidates in a single shift, NBEMS will now organise NEET PG in more cities than indicated initially in the Information Bulletin.

- Candidates will need to resubmit their choice of exam city.
Re-Submission of Exam City Choice
The application window for selecting your exam city will be live from 13th June 2025 (03:00 PM) to 17th June 2025 (11:55 PM).
- The selection will be done on a first-come, first-served basis — so be ready to apply as soon as the window opens!
- When submitting the form, you will only view cities with available testing seats.
- NBEMS will assign the last available venue in your chosen city.
Edit Window
You can edit your application form (other than Name, Category, Nationality, Email, Mobile Number, and Exam City) from 20th June 2025 to 22nd June 2025.
Other Significant Timelines
- Notifying Exam City to Candidates: 21st July 2025
- Release of Admit Card: 31st July 2025
- Date of Test: 3rd August 2025 (09:00 AM to 12:30 PM)
- Result Declaration: On or before 3rd September 2025
