NEET PG 2025

What You MUST Do in the Final Days Before NEET PG 2025 By Dr. Manav Gupta

Dear aspirants, NEET PG is almost there. These last few days before NEET PG 2025 are not about starting something new. They’re about tightening your grip, revising what you’ve already studied, and making sure your mindset is as strong as your preparation.

Dr. Manav Gupta shares some practical, no-nonsense tips to help you make the most of this final stretch. Read this like a checklist and trust that it works.

Important Tips for NEET PG 2025
Tip 1: 10–12 Hours a Day — But Without Burning Out

Yes, it’s time to stretch your limits. But don’t crash and burn.

  • Instead of studying randomly, divide your day into blocks — long study hours in the morning, lighter revision post-lunch, and active recall at night.
  • Stay hydrated, eat clean, and take 10-minute breaks every few hours. This is the most effective way to push without exhaustion.
Tip 2: Mix Live Classes with 30-Minute Revision Modules

Don’t just attend live classes blindly. Instead, incorporate them into a plan.

What works well now:

  • Live class in the morning
  • One 30-minute module around 2 PM
  • Another short session around 10 PM

These micro-revision slots help reinforce topics when your brain is most likely to forget them.

Tip 3: Don’t Skip Grand Tests — Aim for 2–3 At Least
  • Please don’t put this off. Grand Tests are not just for checking scores; they are the only way to test stamina, time management, and your ability to recall under pressure.
  • Even if the score isn’t great, the analysis is gold. Focus on why you got something wrong, not just what the right answer was.
Tip 4: Stick to YOUR Notes + Watch the Mega BTR Sessions
  • This is not the time to explore new resources. Your own notes are your best friend now — they carry your memory, logic, and connection to the topic.
  • And if you haven’t yet, watch the Mega BTR (Before The Race) sessions. They’re designed to highlight exactly what matters in the final days.
Tip 5: Target Two Full Revisions of All 19 Subjects

It may sound crazy, but it’s possible if you go with a plan. Don’t try to read everything. Instead:

  • Revise by topics
  • Use active recall
  • Focus on frequently asked and high-yield areas

You don’t need perfection. You need coverage with clarity.

Tip 6: Believe in Your Preparation — That’s What Rankers Do

This is where most students slip.

  • They had studied for months, and in the last few days, they began to doubt everything. Don’t do that to yourself.
  • Even if your INICET wasn’t great, it’s okay. NEET PG is a fresh attempt. The race is still on. You are still in it.
Your Final Checklist
  • 10–12 hours of planned study
  • Short revision modules daily
  • At least 2 Grand Tests with full analysis
  • Only revise from your own notes
  • Finish 2 rounds of all subjects
  • Watch BTR sessions
  • Stay mentally strong
