Hi everyone,
I hope all of you are doing well. This blog is a follow-up to the session we had a few days before the INI-CET results, where we discussed how to move ahead for INI-CET May 2026 and NEET PG 2026.
This is not about the bootcamp. This is about you—and how you rebuild, reset, and restart with clarity.
First Things First — Move On From the Result
Whatever the INI CET November result was, I’m sure you’ve had a couple of days to process it. But the takeaway should not be just your rank or a number. It should be:
“What can I do better now?”
Every one of you—regardless of rank—had that moment where you felt “I wish I had done this earlier.”
Now is the time to actually do it.

Whether you’re:
- Someone who just wrote the November INI CET Exam
- Or an intern starting your journey fresh
…this next phase begins on the same page for everyone.
Accountability Matters — And That Is What This Plan Gives You
Most of you keep chasing bootcamp seats mainly for accountability (yes, some FOMO too!).
But let me say this clearly:
I am the same—offline or online. My content is the same for everyone.
If you didn’t get a bootcamp seat, nothing is lost. From wherever you are—your home, hostel, internship place—we will do this together with this structured schedule.
You can tweak a day here and there depending on duty or work. Backlogs will happen—don’t panic. Just add a day and move forward.
Why This Second Class?
Many of you wanted me to address you after the INI CET results, and since we start the day after tomorrow, I wanted to meet you once more—
- To remind you of what we are about to do
- to get your mindset aligned
- and to make sure we begin together.
A Line I Want You to Absorb
“Any lesson you refuse to learn will repeat itself until you do.”
This applies to exams and life.
I’ve been interviewing students for two days— People have jumped from ranks like 70,000 to 70, from 9,000 to single-digit ranks.
What was common?
They believed in themselves.
They used their resources fully instead of staying in FOMO.
Whatever your resource is—BTR, something else—your approach should be:
“Have I used it completely?”
You should be able to confidently answer YES.
Schedule Starts on 19th November
Today is your last break day. Tomorrow—organise your resources.
From 19th November to 21st February, we finish:
- Full Cycle 1
- Full Cycle 2 before INI
- Full Cycle 3 before NEET (depending on the exam date)
Three cycles minimum. Possibly four.

How the Plan Works
We will follow clusters of subjects.
Example:
- Surgery – 6 days
- Ortho – 3 days
- Radio – 3 days
At the end of each cluster: Combined T&D test. This keeps you accountable.
Between these, I’ll take Tricky Concepts Classes—live to fix volatile and commonly mixed-up topics.
Topics I Will Cover in Tricky Concepts
These include areas where students frequently make mistakes:
Surgery
- Trauma approach (ABCD confusion during MCQs)
- Renal, bladder, urethral trauma
- Hypospadias vs. Epispadias
- CA Breast management
- Bariatric surgery
- Flaps & grafts
- Staging of GI cancers
- Hernias
- Oesophagus: Boerhaave vs. Mallory-Weis
- MRCP vs. ERCP
- Basics of Transplant
Ortho
- ITF vs. NOF fractures
- Distal radius X-rays
- Bone tumour identification
- Fracture management approach
Radiology
- Pituitary MRI
- Brain tumors
- MRI sequences
- Basics of Nuclear Medicine
These are sample topics. If you have requests, I can add them. But first—watch BTR. I won’t repeat what’s already covered there.
Conclusion:
From tomorrow, we begin.
This plan is tight. This plan is doable. And this plan works—if you give it your 100%. Stop doubting. Stop comparing. Use what you have and use it fully.
We start this journey together. Let’s do this.
