The NEET PG 2025 exam countdown is on. Only five days remaining before you step into that exam hall for NEET PG 2025. If you feel clueless, know that you’re not the only one. But these last five days can make a difference, so utilise them wisely.
This is not the time to panic or attempt to memorise everything. This is the moment to revise intelligently, remain cool, and remain concentrated. Here’s a realistic, down-to-earth guide to assist you in getting the best out of your last stretch.
Day 1: Tie Up Loose Ends
- Select your top 5 strongest subjects, and quickly revise them.
- Concentrate on notes, key tables, and summary charts.
- No new information. Only what you have already learned.
- Set realistic goals for the day. Avoid over-scheduling.
- Keep your phone away. No distractions today.
Day 2: Visual Revision
- Revise images, especially from Radiology, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, and Instruments.
- Cover the visual-based questions — they’re common and scoring.
- Use your image bank, apps, or screenshot folders if you’ve made any.
- Spend 2-3 hours just scanning through images and clinical cases.

Day 3: Practice + PYQs
- Do previous year MCQs, at least 150–200 questions today.
- Focus on solving, not just reading answers.
- Make quick mental notes of silly mistakes you’re making avoid repeating them.
- Revisit topics that have been repeated in the last 3 years.
- Don’t let one wrong answer shake your confidence. Keep moving.
Day 4: Small Subjects + Mixed Bag
- Revise quick subjects: ENT, Anesthesia, Psychiatry, Radio, Ortho, Ophthal.
- Flip through short notes, one-liners, and rapid revision slides.
- Take a mixed subject mock quiz (timed) if possible.
- Light today. Don’t exhaust yourself.

Day 5: Light Revision + Rest
- Revisit only important formulas, lists, mnemonics, and puzzling facts.
- Don’t study heavily. You must be fresh and awake tomorrow.

- Prepare your exam day necessities: documents, ID, pen, etc.
- Go for a walk, listen to music, breathe.

- No new topics. They only create confusion at this stage.
- Sleep well. 6–7 hours minimum. You’ll need full brainpower.
- Eat clean. Avoid junk and stick to light meals.
