Dear Students,
The NEET PG 2025 countdown has begun. Just a little more to go. You’ve spent months preparing sleepless nights, endless revisions, and sacrifices most people won’t even understand. And now that NEET PG 2025 is just two days away, your brain may be overloaded with questions, doubts, and fear. I get it.
That’s why I want to share what I’ve always told my juniors during these final moments—not as a teacher, but as someone who’s walked the same road.
1. Silence the Noise Around You
- Now is the time to shut out everything that drains you. You don’t need to answer every message or entertain random doubts from others.
- This is your moment. Protect your peace.
- Speak only to people who calm you. Avoid any comparison talk. You don’t need to know how many questions someone else is planning to attempt. Just focus on your path.

2. Get Your Exam Kit Ready – Don’t Wait
Please pack your things today itself.
- Admit card
- Valid photo ID
- Passport-sized photo
- Transparent pouch with black pens
Book your transport in advance. If your centre is far, arrange to arrive a day earlier or stay close by. Every year, some students miss the exam due to delays or confusion—don’t take that chance.
3. What Should You Study Now?
Your focus should now shift from gaining new knowledge to revising what you already know.
Stick to:
- Your own revision notes
- High-yield lists you’ve already marked
- Last-minute images or volatile facts
- Don’t touch anything new. Your brain needs time to consolidate, not cram.
4. Plan Your Sleep Cycle
- You can’t afford to be groggy on the exam day. So, from tonight, start waking up and sleeping as per the exam day schedule.
- Sleep on time. Wake up early. Avoid late-night scrolling. Your brain needs deep rest now.
5. Handling Exam Pressure – Breathe
- If you feel anxious, take a pause. Breathe slowly. Go for a short walk. Sip water.
- You’ve already done the hard work. Trust it.
- Don’t sit with people who spread panic. If needed, stay alone and listen to calming music or a motivational session.
- You don’t need to revise 18 subjects in 2 days. You only need to stay calm enough to recall what you already know.
6. Strategy During the Exam
- Aim to attempt around 190–195 questions.
- Break the paper into sets of 50. Time each set.
- Skip tough numericals for the end of each set.
- Don’t spend more than 60 seconds per question on the first go.
Tip: If you’re confused between two options, eliminate the obviously wrong one. Go with what you’d confidently explain to your teacher. Your first instinct is usually right.
7. If You Panic in the Exam Hall
It happens. Even toppers panic.
- If you feel a block, raise your hand, go to the washroom, splash cold water, and breathe deeply.
- Don’t let one tough question ruin your entire paper.
- Reset and restart.
8. Remember This Above All
- This exam doesn’t decide your worth. It is important, yes, but not bigger than your peace, your health, or your future as a doctor.
- Your preparation, your consistency, your journey—that is your real achievement.
- Whatever happens in that exam hall, hold your head high.
My Blessings Are With You
I believe in you. I know you’ve done your best. Go in with a clear mind and a strong heart. Walk into that exam hall with calm confidence. Walk out knowing that you gave it your all.
All the best.
