Hello all! I’m Dr. Pratha Gupta. I achieved Rank 500 in NEET PG and Rank 504 in INI-CET, both on my first attempt, just after a very hectic and gruelling internship at Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi. Currently, I’m doing dermatology at UCMS & GTB Hospital.
If you’re stuck preparing for NEET PG 2025 and getting distracted, particularly the doom-scrolling on Instagram or general stress regarding the exam, I have been there too.
And today, I’d like to talk about something that made a significant contribution to my prep for an application named CAMP by Cerebellum.
What Is CAMP?
CAMP (Cerebellum Accountability Management Program) is essentially a companion for your daily study.
It monitors your productivity, holds you responsible, and assists you in utilising your study time to the fullest.
Here’s what I utilised it for:

1. Monitor Your “Bed-to-Book” Time
- This is from waking up to beginning your studying.
- That morning time is GOLD. You’re new, energised, and prepared to learn.
- Objective: Begin studying within 30 minutes of waking up.
- More than that? You’re losing your golden time.
2. Split Your Day into 3 Study Sessions
CAMP divides your day into:
- Pre-lunch
- Midday
- Post-dinner
For every session, you track:
- Study hours
- A focus rating (out of 10)
- It not only helps you track how much you’re studying, but also how well.
3. Deep Study Sessions – Distractions Forbidden!
- These are phone-free, distraction-free blocks.
- No Telegram, no looking for exam news, no scrolling — just books, you, and concentration.
- Be honest. A shorter but intense study session will always trump long hours of zoning out in front of your book.
4. Know Your Best & Worst Times
CAMP tells you when you’re most productive — morning, afternoon, or night.
Take advantage of that.
- For instance, I discovered that my mornings were incredibly productive. So I began the day with a QBank session and channelled that energy into pounding through theory.
- In the afternoon, I would be sleepy. So I’d spend that time listening to videos or lightly revising.
- In the evening, the anxiety would come in “Only 40 days left!” so I’d utilise that adrenaline to rapidly revise sensitive subjects.
5. Track Your Progress with Efficiency Scores
Every day, CAMP provides you with:
- An efficiency score
- A concentration average
- Your productive study hours per session
- It’s like your report card for effort.
- This made me notice patterns — I was doing all this studying, but my GT scores were not getting any better.
- With CAMP, I noticed I was working for hours, but my focus was low. That realisation turned things around.
6. Honesty = Results
- Don’t pretend with your inputs.
- You may cheat the app, but you can’t deceive the exam.
- Be honest with your timings, your scores, and your focus. Your honesty today = your rank tomorrow.
7. Interns & Working Doctors — Yes, You Can Use CAMP Too!
- Even in my tiring internship, I managed 3–4 concentrated hours a day and still cleared NEET PG 2024 and INI-CET.
- If you’re working or studying post-internship, CAMP will keep you grounded and on track.
- Whether it’s one hour or five, just make it count.

8. If You’re Tired, Frustrated with NEET PG Postponement
- Yes, delays are psychologically exhausting. But they also provide you with more time, use it to your advantage.
- Use CAMP to recharge, refocus, and turn every day into a productive one.
- These last few weeks can make all the difference, but only if you’re thorough and methodical.
Conclusion:
If you want to truly crack NEET PG 2025, don’t study harder. Study smart. Track smarter. Remain honest. Remain focused.
Make CAMP your accountability partner for the day. It helped me — and it can help you as well.
Best of luck! Do your best.
