The Cerebellum Academy app works flawlessly on most devices. Whether you are streaming live sessions, watching recorded lectures, or solving QBank modules, our platform is engineered for reliable performance across thousands of Android and iOS devices.

However, a very small percentage of users may encounter video playback issues tied to their specific device hardware, software version, or manufacturer limitations. These are not bugs in the Cerebellum app — they are device-level constraints that even major platforms face on similar hardware.

Important Note

These issues are device-specific — a permanent resolution can only come from the device manufacturer through firmware or software updates. Our engineering team continuously monitors these issues and works to maximise compatibility, but some limitations are beyond what any app developer can control.

This page will be updated regularly as new issues are identified or resolved. If you are facing an issue not listed here, please reach out — Team Cerebellum is always here to help.
