BTR: Post NEET PG 2025 Plan Ahead By Dr. Zainab Vora

Hi guys, good afternoon. Can you all see me and hear me? Okay, so first of all, a disclaimer, there’s no agenda to this session.

It’s just, you know, I was seeing a lot of messages asking about what we should do, we are getting restless and like every medical student, you know, after the exam is over, you just don’t know what to do with life, we lose our purpose when we are not studying. And I’m also like you, I had thought that after NEET PG is over, I’m going to take a break. But here I am, you know, just like you, I am also not able to take a break.

So let’s discuss a few things. How do you go ahead? What is the plan? I will talk about INI CET November, which, you know, is something which is coming along the way. And I will convince you by the end of the session, why you should be writing INI CET.

But apart from that, just a few points, right? How did the exam go? This is the first time I’m coming live after the exam. And it is actually by design, you know, and that’s how I’ve kept it, that I wanted to just stay a little low after the exam was over.

For that, you will need a little background. And I will give that background to you. But those of you who know me closely probably know why I want to take a step back after the exam is over and stay away from all the noise that surrounds how the exam was, what the strike rate, what the cutoffs will be.

And I sincerely want to advise all of you guys that, you know, now the exam is over. Let go. It’s done.

Give a good exam. Whatever happened. If you gave a good exam, wonderful.

If you made a few mistakes, first of all, understand, everybody is going to make mistakes. There’s nobody, you know, who’s gonna ace the exam. There were some people saying that some will score 200 out of 200.

I mean, that may happen. You never know. But does it matter? It doesn’t matter.

Let people get 200 out of 200. Doesn’t matter. So what I’m basically trying to tell you is it’s done and dusted.

Let it go. Don’t keep, you know, chattering about what the cutoff is, what you know, is rank. Today morning I was woken up by a call from a student.

I was like, first of all, at nine o’clock in the morning, why did you think of me? I have no idea. Let me just tell this to you, to all of you that nobody knows. And how do you know that you are getting 140 correct? Right? So nobody has the answer key yet.

And I’m pretty sure that you don’t even remember 10 answers that you had marked. So just stop, let it go. Fine.

So let the past stay in the past. All right, everybody. No, I will not talk at 2x today.

Finally, I get to just sit in peace and talk to you guys about anything and everything. And that’s what I’m going to do. I do have a slide, a slide presentation just to show you, you know, what is in store, what am I planning now for November INICET.

So I am going to show you that. But before that, I just want to, you know, talk. Yeah.

A lot of you are saying that FMG was harder than NEET PG. I don’t think so. I mean, I don’t know how, you know, you felt, but I don’t think so.

Any exam that seems easy it’s all difficult. It’s always the overall perception you get immediately after you’re out of the exam hall. And that perception, I feel, is basically a lot to do with, you know, how your last set went.

I don’t know. That’s what I have realised in the last NEET-PG., Let me take you back to what, you know, my side of the story is and why I don’t want to do a recall this time. So, last time was the first NEET-PG exam after BTR had launched.

And there was, there were two shifts, right? So shift one was pretty decent. The feedback was very good, ma’am, it was very nice. You know, a lot of questions came from what you had taught us.

And somehow I put those messages on Instagram, okay, thinking that I was just getting happy, nothing else. And after that, students just came back out of shift two, and they saw that, that ma’am dal riye ki saara kuch BTR se aaya. And that was not even me saying anything.

I just posted some screenshots. And then students got so triggered. And after that, the next two days, people just literally abuse will not be an understatement how dare you say that it was an easy exam, whereas I have not said anything.

All right. So that is why this year I learned my lesson that Zainab, don’t say anything. And this time around, you guys came back saying Ma’am, sab kuch BTR me se aaya, very nice, very nice, and so much, you know, so there is something called too good to be true.

Right. So I felt it was too good to be true. And then I saw messages that there is a PR strategy, which is going on.

And I was like, okay, there is no winning this. Okay. So basically, those of you who know me know that I’m really, really invested in your exam in this right.

And you know, I have also seen messages from students that how you can speak so fast? How can you jump from one topic to the other so quickly? It is not overnight, guys, it is something that I’m doing full time, it is something that I’m doing day and night. So are you surprised if you know I am thorough with the content? And if I am invested in how my students are performing, I obviously am. So you know, for every 10 nice messages that I get, even if I get that one hurtful message, it hurts me.

I know that is not right. There will always be people to kuch to right, but somehow I have that cognitive bias that you always focus on that unhappy message. Okay, so I don’t know why I’m having this therapy session, psychoanalysis free association live on YouTube, but I’m just telling you my side of the story.

So this is me just trying to correct this cognitive bias of you know, that one bad message out of the sea of very happy, nice messages and the love that I get. And just trying to, you know, take a step back. Do you remember our Ashirwad class where there was a parvo virus kid who was just going like this, I am in that mode right now that I don’t want to comment on the exam on how many questions came from BTR.

So, everybody who wants to know, I don’t want to tell right, you know, what is the most important marketing strategy that works for everybody who wants to do some, you know, entrepreneurial enterprise, let me just tell you, the strongest marketing tool is word of mouth. This is for all competitors out there also, why BTR works is because you tell your juniors, it’s nothing else will sell, you know, any PR strategy will fail. Unless students tell their juniors in medicine, let me tell everybody out there that if you want to succeed, you need to have something good.

And only then will it succeed. Unless a senior tells a junior. Okay, so that is what I want to just put out there for everybody.

You know, who has been saying everything, you know, whatever you want to say, this is my justification that I put my heart and soul into this teaching, and all the love that I get from you guys. And today also I can see so many of you live, you know, I don’t know why you are also wondering why I am saying all this? But I’m just, you know, telling you that it means a lot to me, the kind of love that you have given that the love and the trust that you’ve shown me and BTR means a lot to me. Having said that, now let’s get to things that concern you and not me.

So, so you know, what is the plan ahead? As a sincere advice to all of you as a sincere advice as senior, I want to tell you, irrespective of the exam. Now, you want to focus on INICET November, let me convince you why. So there are two kinds of people right now, or maybe let’s say three kinds of people.

So here, so this is my first part where I analyse NEET-PG and the takeaways. See, one thing I want to tell you guys is, when we talk about analysis of an exam, NEET-PG analysis, it is as random as it gets, you know, there is no pattern, there is sometimes they will give you more previous questions or topics, sometimes they put anything. So we have to prepare for everything, right? You cannot base your NEET-PG 2026 on the basis of how this exam was; you cannot base how this exam was on shift one or shift two of the last exam, there is no set pattern.

All right, it is just random, they will put whatever they want to, which means we have to be prepared for everything. We have to practice USMLE kind of long questions, which you got in psychiatry this time, you have to practice previous questions, you have to get one-liners and facts correct, you need to have your concepts in depth of basics clear, right? So it is everything, you can’t just do any one thing and say that that should not be your analysis of this exam at all. You will be very, very misled if somebody tells you, Don’t fall into that trap.

All right, what you have to do is use BTR as a structure. BTR is not a shortcut; it is a structure. All right, so what BTR will do is give you a structure on the basis of which you further modulate your content, that is, my core content.

Those of you who work out, you would know that if your core is strong, all your body parts become stronger, your biceps become stronger, your squats become better, your deadlift becomes better, the centre is the core. So basically what I am trying to tell you here is BTR will be your core content, which you have to master, and that covers most of your previous year’s questions as well. I mean, if not all right, that makes sure that your content, in terms of what has been asked so far and what is very likely to be asked, is covered.

Now we have to fine-tune it. There is nothing without MCQ practice, right? So then we add layers onto it. So what you will do is, okay fine, I don’t know this topic, let me add a layer.

I need to practice a lot of questions, different, different types of questions, right? This topic is weak; do this. Pharma is weak; let’s read it in a little more detail. PSM is important, let’s read it in a little more detail, right? And again and again, you fall back on this, right? So that is what you have to understand.

Fine, everybody, I am telling you the plan for INI CET November. I am in the process of saying that, so it will be very circumstantial. I will go here and there, but eventually, I am talking about the INICET November plan.

Okay, everybody, I hope you guys will not say today, Ma’am, jaldi jao, jaldi jao, maara exam hai. Now you have nothing to do, right? The fact that so many of you are live right now just is a fact ki aap khaali bheche ho life mein, why doesn’t listen to me? Okay, so otherwise don’t listen, it’s fine. What I want to tell you is that this is the pattern.

INICT on the other hand, I feel is very cute. There is a pattern to it. Okay, the pattern to INICET is we will ask you a lot of questions from the first, second prof, which means we will check your basics.

What we mean by basics is we will check whether you know the pathophysiology of findings rather than the disease per se, right? So they go back to first, second prof a lot. So these become very important. They become very, very focused more on facts.

Concepts are there, but here your facts become more important, particularly OBG, PSM, FMT, and Biochem. These, I feel, are, you know, very, very core subjects, micro. Agar aapki yeh subject strong hai, you know, INICET becomes a bit more favourable.

So, INI CET, you have to see the trend and the trend gives you a lot of answers. NEET, on the other hand, there is no trend period, right? So that is what is my analysis so far. And you know, I have been doing this full time now, just going deep dive into all of these exams.

And that is what I can take away that we need to be prepared for everything. Nothing can surprise us. That’s how it should be.

All right. So yeh hai baat. Now, enough about BTR.

Let’s talk about how do you go about it. First of all, INI CET November, I was going to convince you why you should give it. Aapka paper kaisa gaya? Tell me, come on, guys.

You also chat a little. How was your exam? Either your exam would have gone very good. You know, a lot of these people would not have seen the recall, probably.

So you would have said, Mera exam ma’am bahut badiya gaya, and I want to live in that denial. Perfect. I belong to this category.

Ki mera bahut badiya gaya hai. Let me live in this denial until my bubble is burst by the result. I would love for you to be in this.

Some people are ki ma’am laga toh tha. Very good. But the bubble burst ho gaya.

It is not that good. I have made mistakes which I could never imagine I would make. And then some people are in an even severe bubble.

Ki mujhe laga bhi nahi tha exam acha hua hai. And I was correct that my exam was not good. Right.

So, three things would have happened. Then there will be some different kinds of people who would not have given. Ma’am ki main di gayi nahi.

I’m just here for chit chat. Not given. Right.

This will be my first attempt in NEET PG 26 or INI CET November would be my first attempt, which would be a very small population. Jiska INI November first attempt, but mostly NEET 26 would be your first attempt. Right.

So, to all of you guys, what do I want to tell you? Those of you who are in this category, jiska pehla attempt ho hi sakta hai first NEET 26, means you are interns right now. First of all, why are you not on your duty at 4.15 pm in the afternoon? Secondly, you guys start studying. You start studying now.

I’ll give you a scaffolding or give you a structure as to how to plan using the BTR test in the discussion. But again, you want your one cycle to be completed by November, whether or not you are eligible for the exam. You want to target ke aapka ek revision November tak ho jaye.

That sets you up very well to further refine, further fine-tune two or three more times until your NEET comes. Right. So that sets you up very well if you put some pressure right now and buckle up.

For you guys who have given NEET 25, if you are in the first category, you please stay in this category until the result comes. But I would love it if you could consider INI CET November if you don’t have any major plans in life. OK.

Achchi padhai kari hai. You just have to stay consistent. Join the test in the discussion.

Right. We will have an E and D cycle. Just continue giving the test.

Revise the subjects that you have covered. Nothing new. Just stay on track and take the exam with nothing to lose.

You know why? Because by the time NEET counselling begins, pehle to wo result deke so jayenge ek do maina. After that, they suddenly remember, arey ye bachche reh gaye kuch ek lakh, jinka kuch karna hai. Then they will start counselling.

There will be 100 court cases in between. And finally, when the joining will happen, before that INI November ka result joining, everything gets finished. So give yourself that chance to get into a central institute.

Believe me, it is worth it. OK, so give yourself that chance. Particularly agar aapka badiya gaya hai, you have a very good shot at this.

Right. So you should. And the answer to your problem is T and D, which I will tell you.

Jiska bubble burst ho gaya hai. Tumi logo jo message kar rahe the, Ma’am INI ki strategy batao, INI ki strategy batao, please give. Yes, I will use English only.

You guys were the ones who were saying, Ma’am, give INI strategy, give INI strategy. So. Your bubble has burst.

So now you know, right? In fact, you guys are raring to go because you have a point to prove that I’ve made this mistake. I will not make it again. Your answer is same train mein chad jao.

Ride on the same train. OK, so this is what you want to do. OK, so here I want to go ahead and go to this.

One person is asking, btiya se kuch aaya tha? Aaya toh tha, kuch kuch. So, now what you want to remember? So jiska bubble burst hua hai, please start studying again. You have something to prove to yourself, to your family, to your girlfriend, boyfriend, do that.

INI is a very good chance where if you do the previous year questions of INICET, you do your subject revision one more time, practice more questions, give a good exam, right? End of the day, it’s giving a better exam than what you did last Sunday. Alright, so this is your chance, and you know you get redemption for what you know you did wrong. Jiska kharab hua hai.

Now you have to sit and analyse what went wrong. Are you struggling with your revision? Did you have gross recall errors that I have seen this, but I couldn’t remember? Means you have issues with content. If you could remember stuff, but still mark the wrong answers.

MCQs are a problem. Means MCQs practice nahi kare, GTs practice nahi kare. So jo sad face category mein hai, you have to now sit and first introspect and realise what really went wrong and be true to yourself.

Don’t blame it on somebody else. Be true and answer, you know, ki kya galat gaya? Was it content? Was it recall errors, or was it just wrong application on that day? Even if you knew that concept, so I’m sure there will be, you know, MCQ to MCQ changes, but now you have to sit and decide. Obviously, you will get clarity once the result comes, but you have to sit and decide what you want to do next.

Nonetheless, your first chance again is I&I November, right? Whether or not you want to write to me 26 or not, that decision will be made after INI CET November, isn’t it? So here you wait till the results, right? You will get further clarity, but either ways, what is the next option? The next option is I&I November, which is a free pass for all at this point. That is what I can pitch. I don’t know why I’m selling INI CET November, but it is a free pass for all three categories.

Do you guys get it, right? So, please prepare for it because you don’t really have to struggle. You don’t have to lose your life in this process like you did. You don’t have to get very, very vigorous in this like you did for NEET last month.

You don’t have to go all in. You can have your work-life balance, considering this is work while preparing for INICET November, right? So that is what I would want from all my students: that you give them this chance, because, anyway the joining will precede your NEET joining, right? So why would you be stupid if you don’t write this exam, all right? So even if you don’t feel like studying, that’s it, ma’am, I don’t want to study. Very good frame of mind.

You don’t want to study more, fill the form, show up for the exam, just write it, okay? Even if you don’t want to write it, it’s fine. But at least give it a chance of getting into the Central Institute, right? So it’s a person-to-person decision. If your exam went well and you are sure that you will get a seat after the results, it’s completely up to you whether you want to write or not.

But from my point of view as a teacher and a senior, I would advise, nothing goes in giving, right? Just write the exam, study for three more months superficially while, you know, going to the gym, while working out, while, you know, spending time with friends, while being a happy person, you are studying a little, balancing and attempting this exam. That is, it’s completely win-win from my point of view, okay? Right. So now let’s go into how you approach content.

So this is for everybody who’s starting afresh, okay? You dissect the content into how I look at any content is, it’s either concept or it’s fact. The good thing about concept is this line. I love this line.

If you know it, and I have quoted it, if you know the why, you don’t have to remember the what. If you understand anything, why is it happening, right? Like, for example, we remember a very famous story or a mnemonic, 214 lolomore, okay? So we have memorised this, but if you know RTA and you know that type 4 is because aldosterone is not there and potassium excretion doesn’t happen, you don’t really have to remember 214 lolomore, right? So if you, and you know, it helps you. So if you know the why, you don’t have to remember the what, and that is what I believe should be most of the content.

If you know the core concept behind it, then you don’t have to remember that fact. But then there are just some numbers, chromosomes, whatever, just some facts, right? Programs. So that is where you have to remember.

So you dissect your content into two parts, concept and fact, okay? Concept while the video is going on, and finish it off. Fact, find out a trick. Most likely, I will tell you that trick that is on your device, right? And you remember it.

That’s what you have to do with everything, and you keep filtering it down. So those of you who are starting from scratch, are there anyone, is there anyone who’s starting from scratch at this point? If you are in that group, anything that you read, you ask yourself, is this concept? Try and understand it. Is this a fact? Find a trick.

The next time around in your second round of revision, you filter content. Once you understand it, one more revision and you are thorough, right? So you filter that content. You are just left with a few facts that you reviewed over the last week.

And whoever does this journey gets a rank, right? That is how you are thorough. It is not something where overnight you just see one mega BTR class and you get a bunch of questions from that, and you get a rank one. You don’t.

The only people who will benefit from mega BTR, even if I just give you the question on a platter, will be the ones who have done this process well, right? And this, I think you would be able to relate to now, immediately after the exam, because now, you know, you know, last week, even if someone tells me the answer, if my concept is not thorough, I will not be able to use it to my advantage as much as you could have, right? So do this journey. It is this journey that counts, and not the last week that counts. Last week, if you have done this journey, you should know what to read.

If you are going around asking people what to do in a week, please give an important topic list, already a bad prognosis, right? So, please introspect now and ask yourself, have I done this journey or not, right? And do this journey, everybody, you have to keep your content and you keep narrowing it down or use BTR as a structure, keep adding to it. And you keep going back, different revisions, and you keep filtering it down. Are you getting it? So basically, within BTR itself, there will be concepts, there will be facts, keep dissecting, keep filtering, right? So that is what you want to do here.

So now, what is the plan for INICET in November? Let’s get down to the specifics. What I would want you to do is this, right? You start off, this is what I propose, I will give you different options as well. But this is what I feel can work.

You start with BTR because it’s the easiest to watch, right? It’s a short video, and it takes less time to watch. So you watch BTR 2.0 at least twice. When you see it twice, you will feel a little comfortable with the content because it’s very densely packed.

It’s a lot of facts, jam-packed, lots of facts and concepts, lots of information, let me say, jam-packed. So it is very densely packed, don’t rush on it. A one-hour book, there will be two books that you get with the subscription, one is annotated, and one is unannotated, right? So, whatever unannotated books you have, open them and try to teach them to yourself or to a friend.

Read it from an empty book, say the entire BTR. Whatever you don’t remember, write that part, okay? Because you already have an annotated book to fall back upon, so only annotate what you don’t know, right? So I’m going to give you a plan and a structure, but this is what I want you to start off with. So let’s say that we are starting off with micro.

And you annotated what you don’t remember. Now you do the PYQs of micro. What all do you, what all should you do? So INICET 3 years, which translates to 6 papers and 2 years NEET.

So these are the questions which are more than enough. No need to do FMG for INICET, NEET also, you know, just do 2 papers just to get an idea of, you know, what topic is hot. Now, from micro, if you realise, okay, maybe Parasito has gotten a lot of questions and I want to go into its detail, or there is some topic which is covered in a previous question, not covered in BTR, you now annotate that into BTR, right? Whatever the new information that you want to remember, filter it, try to understand it then and there, translate it into one line and add it.

Keep annotating everything and adding on to BTR so that in the end, you have this one source where you’ve added everything. Second round of revision, third round of revision, you are only reading one book, right? So that becomes very, very important. Add pages to it, but keep it in one place for consolidation.

This is something which is very, very important, right? So whatever you felt was important, whatever you felt, you know, is my weak side here from micro, let’s say virology, let’s say bacterial genetics, cover it with a solution, cover it with an RR or a mission video, and this is also for those of you who are mission subscribers, right? So even mission subscribers, you can start off with BTR and then attend the mission class so that you are not writing everything or writing selectively, you know, and or main videos. So do those topics from the main videos. So this makes your life a little easier, all right? Some people try to do it the other way around.

I feel, you know, in this, I have seen a lot of students who then, in the end, just go back to BTR. Why are you letting go of what you have worked hard for, right? So annotate it in one place. And, you know, what is the golden mantra? Anytime you give me a new PDF, it will take me 15 minutes to read that and tell you that there are 5 extra points in this that I don’t know, which are not in BTR.

That is how you have to pick up that, you know, any source that you now do following it to supplement it, you should be able to pick up the extra points and add it. That tells you that you are thorough with your core content, right? So that is how I would want you to use BTR if you are using it. Okay, so this is about the first thing.

Then you have an extra edge and a compiled module. So when you open BTR, this is what you will see, all right? So there is one orientation, you can just see that. These are the main recorded subjects: short, intermediate, long and integrated.

We did extra edge before we needed this time, which is extra edge, literally, information on different subjects. So first, you become thorough in PYQs and BTR, then just watch the extra edge of that subject. And then there is something called a compiled module, where we have done different textbooks, compiled topics across different subjects, right? So compiled module, subject, infections, so you can see that particular compiled module class very passively just to see if there is anything extra.

All right, so that is the flow for BTR because BTR itself now has a lot of content. So you see the recorded video that is the core part, extra edge is extra edge, but important for INICET and compiled module, because even if compiled module extra edge gives you that one or two questions, it’s going to be worth it, right? Because those are your differentiators. So that is what you have to do.

50 MCQs per day is the rule from now on, right? Try to do 50 MCQs on a daily basis because at the end of the day, it’s an MCQ exam game. The better you are at guessing, the better it is going to work out in your favour. All right, so now let me tell you the plan.

All right, so I’ll talk about this. So basically, this is what I have planned for you guys. It took me some time to reach this.

So basically, I will make a dedicated video on this once the result is out, but because you guys were so restless, I just wanted to show you what I have in store. So this time, I’m doing something different. So jab aap BTR ko kholte ho na, toh you can see that there are these 6.0 tests in discussion, which I have done in the last two years, okay? So these are the different cycles.

I want to make it easier for you guys now that I don’t want you to see all of these videos because there’s a lot of content in there, and you kind of get lost. So I’m going to make it easier for you. In a few days, you will see that 1.0 to 6.0 are all removed from here, and they will go under this one folder of test discussion 1.0 to 6.0. I will not remove it, but I will declutter it.

So this is where all of these classes will go. You need not see it if you have not seen so far. There is no harm in seeing passively dekhna hai series ki tarah toh dekho no problem but I don’t want you to see it.

I don’t want ki aap usme time gawao. Why? Because now in the new test and discussion, I’m doing it subject-wise so that it becomes easier for you to revise. For every subject, I will give you 100 MCQs.

The systems, I am dividing into two systems, one big and one small. So every test will now have 100 MCQs, so that now when you have to revise, it’s very easy. Ki BTR 2.0 mainne radio ka dekh liya, radio ka test and discussion dekh liya, that gives me closure. Right? So that is what I am doing.

All the 1.0 to 6.0 will now get converted into subject-wise tests. So you don’t need to see that life becomes very simple for you. I will choose the questions.

I basically those were three subjects in one test, right? So I will now do it subject-wise and give them to you so that it’s easier for you to revise. Theek lag raha hai yeh? Everybody, I don’t know what the chat is doing. Yes.

Okay. So, yeh hai plan is a subject-wise test. So this gives you a structure ki humare paas teen din hai.

I am starting from the 23rd of August. So, like I want you guys to take a good break for one week. Don’t study at all.

After the result, you know, you go through dabda, denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and finally you reach acceptance. So I assume from what my analysis is, ki 23rd August, you will sab dabda karke acceptance stage mein aa jaoge. Ready to prepare for November INI.

Okay. So jo abhi se karna chahta hai ki ma’am hum toh already accept kar liya hai. You start today only.

Right. Why waste time? Start kar do abhi se. Right.

You will not get the test obviously, but thoda thoda padna shuru kar do. Just keep doing, you know, BTR, and you know, just start studying if you want to. If you don’t, I am giving you full freedom to do full-on masti right now.

Start from 22 August. Okay. Take a break.

It’s very important for you not to get burned out. Right. So what will happen? Three days aapne pada.

I’ll see you on the 25th with the test and discussion. So you appear for the test in the morning. They’ll have explanations also now.

Right. I’ll give you written explanations in a short summary format, and we will then meet for the live discussion, which we will keep as short. Okay.

So that you know, you get a plan. So, almost every week I’ll meet you twice or thrice with the test, and that gives you a structure. So the short subjects have gotten two to three days.

Long subjects have gotten four to five days, and systems, I’m giving you the maximum time. In BTR, we don’t do physiopath, pharma, or medicine. We do them as systems because I feel a lot of conceptual clarity comes in a lot of students this way.

And this is what INICET loves to ask. Right. Integrated systems.

Very USMLE kind of format, but very relevant to us. Okay. So that is how we will do it.

So I’ve given you maximum time actually for the systems, and then the subject,s you know, I’ve divided according to the time we have. So we finish by 23rd of October, which gives us 15 days for November INI revision, where we will do mega BTR, three BTRs right where we revise the subjects again, and I’ve also planned like Aashirwad also everything, and there’ll be one more GT. So this is the schedule for the online sessions.

I hope you guys are liking this. Okay. I have no idea.

I’m not following. It’s okay. Ignore.

Right. Ignorance. Be like our kid.

Okay. Parvovirus kid. Doesn’t matter.

Zen mode. Okay. So this is the plan.

Are you guys okay with this? So you appear for the T&D. That is your closure. So BTR twice.

Annotate the selective stuff that you don’t remember. Do the PYQs. Find out the missing points.

You know what the stuff is that you feel you know you are weak at, and supplement it from either of the sources. Right. So that is what you do.

Follow it up with an extra compiled module. Keep doing 50 MCQs of micro for those three days, and then appear for T&D, and that is your closure. After that, backlogs are part of life.

Move on to the next subject. You don’t dwell on one subject for a long time. Right.

You have three days. Finish it. Right.

So that’s what you have to take it as, and that pressure kind of helps. Keep giving a GT every 15 days. Don’t wait to finish all subjects.

Keep giving because ultimately end of the day, it’s how well you know you are using the information that you know to apply new questions. That is what is going to matter. Yes everybody.

So this is what I want. How to get a BTR subscription. So there are two options.

You can get the mission plan where you get mission life classes from all the faculty. BTR is a part of it. So you can find that under online plans, without notes or with notes.

If you want only a BTR subscription, which includes the test and discussion and everything that I’ve been talking about. You go to an online plan with notes. Right.

That subscription also gives you four books. Basically, two unannotated workbooks to annotated workbooks. A lot of you have been saying.

I mean, don’t use the books, but you will get the books. Right. The price is as low as it gets, and I don’t think you can argue with that.

So it is 14000 with the content for one year and the books. Right. So you don’t want the books.

You sell them. You lend them. Right.

But I would advise you to use the books. Right. They are there for a reason.

OK. Those of you who are already BTR subscribers. Ma’am, we want to do an extension.

So you already get extension plans. Right. So you can apply for the extension of the plans.

If it has expired. Get a new plan. Lend it to your juniors.

Right. So be kind to your juniors. So this is what I have.

Basically, I don’t have the power to give you a new plan. This is what it is. Right.

So it is a plan for one year. And I feel that for the content that you are getting, it is economical. I don’t want to argue about that.

But that is what is my opinion. So this is what you need to do. All right.

This is my last thing for all of you. I didn’t want to talk about academics today at all. But since a lot of you were asking, I just wanted to tell you.

But before that, before I go to the end, also about boot camp, a lot of you have been asking about boot camp. So, boot camp will happen for INICET in November. It will start from the 31st of August till the 9th of November, INICET.

So there will be one boot camp, which will be an aggressive, intensive boot camp for INICET in Delhi. I will make a dedicated video on this tomorrow. It will be released.

Right. I’ll make a recorded video about the plan, about the schedule. So that’s also one of the options.

But I’ll also talk about it in a dedicated video. I’ll also talk about this schedule in a dedicated video. This is just catching up and, you know, just chatting with you guys.

So if you have anything else that you want to talk about, please feel free to read the comments so far, but now I will read. Okay. I don’t want to do the recall.

There are already a lot of recalls out there. And there’s not something that I, you know, see in every exam, there will be 20 questions minimum, which will be controversial. Every faculty can have their own point of view, you know, and basically it depends on what kind of recall they have gotten and what we are thinking right now, precisely what, you know, goes on through your mind.

So every faculty then gives their opinion on a question. So that’s why there are different opinions, because there are different recalls, and you will never know what the correct answer to that is. So those 20 questions, let it go.

You are not going to find out the answers to them. And most definitely not through me, because again, that’s just one more opinion, right? So that is what it is. So just let go of neat PG.

Now, if I can do some good through this 40-minute video, it will take you away from the trauma or whatever joy ride that neat PG-25 was; it was one of the exams. We discussed this before the exam, also, right guys, keep it as one exam in your life. Same thing, I want to tell you right now, it was one exam in your life.

We are here, we are talking about the next one, you know, three days later. So that is how life is, you move on in life, questions, exams will come, controversial questions will come, opinions will come your way. You have to think of what is important for your mental sanity.

What is the priority of your life right now, and focus on it. Right now, I am a senior. I want to give you some advice for a week: just rest, take a break, friends, family, friends, remember, books are my only friend, you are my only friend. In that case, right, so in that case, you just sit.

Right, so that is what you want to do now. This is not healthy to keep studying. Okay, so just let go of recall of this question, that question, this cut off, that cut off, please guys, don’t do this to yourself.

Okay, there will be many opportunities which come your way. INICET November is right around the corner, go for it. But before that, rejuvenate, refresh, reset. Okay, that is very, very important.

So Instagram, Reddit, Twitter, just live life, go out, weather is good these days, right, I mean, provided it’s not raining heavily. So, like just go out and enjoy, relax a little, breathe a little, go to the gym, fine. So this is what you should be doing right now, explore other avenues, try to join a job as a non-accountant, earn some money, do something literal in life, there are so many things which you can do at your age and with your potential.

You will not believe it, but you are the cream of the nation. Believe that and do something right, start, do a startup, okay, so do something constructive with your life and enjoy life, just relax, breathe, let go. Now I don’t want to hear cut off, recall, consolidation of this, 60 mg, 100 mg, I don’t want to hear it, let it go. All right, everybody.

So this is what is my, you know, as a teacher, I guess, as a senior, I have to tell you what is best for you at this point in time. So I’ve given you the plan right now. Is there anything else that you want to ask me, or have any doubts about? How to join a teacher? The other thing you can do, make mission notes from scratch and then supplement mission notes, right? So whatever works for you better, you know, you do that.

So that’s how you can do it simultaneously with this lab of mission classes, right? Bootcamp can’t be in Hyderabad, dear, it can’t be in any other city, because it means that I have to travel daily, right? I can’t shift to Hyderabad for 40 days, can I? Because I have my daughter, who is here, who goes to school. So I have to manage my house, my family, a lot of stuff, right? So I can’t move to another city. Even in Delhi, I have to travel for two hours daily to go to Greater Noida.

So I can do that maximum, but I can’t travel to Hyderabad for 40 days. So unfortunately, it’s only in Delhi that I can do that. Okay, so that is something which is pending from a lot of you, a lot of parties.

Right. So just I will, I would love to meet a lot of you guys in person, you know, and I feel that when you wrote those sweet messages, it is really my success, you know, I feel that uptake exam. So that is what you know, it is so a beautiful party and I will give you a treat anytime that you are here in Delhi, you drop a message and I would surely love to meet, you know, each one of you.

So that is what it is. One of his favourite Harry Potter characters, favourite fantasy. Oh my god, you know my age, I am way too old to be having like a fantasy character, but I don’t know, Hermione maybe, I like her, like just as friends.

Okay, how to give GT with so a busy schedule? What a busy schedule you have! Just show up every 15 days. That’s it. Start with the incorrect questions.

All of this I’ll discuss in detail. Start with incorrect questions and quickly go through the correct ones. You should not be taking more than three to four hours to review a GT.

Yes, T&D, this T&D is included in the JustMedia subscription. Yes, it is. Skincare, I don’t know.

So, skincare, I’ve just started focusing on it recently. So what I do is you start with, I can’t believe it. So you start with face wash, use a salicylic acid-based face wash.

So that prevents breakouts. I alternate between different serums. So you can use hyaluronic acid one day, then salicylic acid you can.

My experience has been pretty good. So, like rotate between serums. Niacinamide is very good for anybody who has open pores.

Do you want me to write this stuff down, guys? I can. I have the full potential to go all academic on this. Right.

So, salicylic acid is one. Niacinamide is one. Please, guys, don’t write Reddit posts about hating me on this.

Okay. Niacinamide, then what do you have? What did I say? Salicylic acid, hyaluronic acid. Right.

So these are your basic serums. Right now, you guys don’t need retinol, but you can eventually add retinol once you cross like 30s, you can start retinol once or twice a week. All right.

So basically, retinol is five years down the line for you guys, five to six years down the line. So yeah, follow it up with a moisturiser. Okay.

So moisturizer you can use any like company that you like, depending on, you know, the budget. You can go from just simple moisturisers from a brand, which is called Simple is good. Then, you know, moisturiser, minimalist is a good Indian brand, which is a copy of a US or a Paris, I think, French brand, which is called the ordinary. So this is, you know, a pretty good copy of this.

So you can go for minimalist or the ordinary, either of them. So you go for serums of these brands or moisturisers of these brands. And after that, this is very important.

Sunscreen. Sunscreen is the game changer, right? This is something that a lot of students, a lot of people, underestimate. Don’t miss your sunscreen, right? So this is it.

After that, depending on, you know, your face, you can use some makeup, don’t layer a lot of makeup, right? So after you’ve applied sunscreen, I go for a primer. Okay. And after that, I just apply a concealer.

Lik, I have a lot of dark circles. So I apply a concealer and that’s it. You know, you did not expect the session to turn out the way it has, did you? So, so basically this is what it is.

Now, what I want to highlight are a lot of supplements, which I have started. Okay. So supplements, right? So, what supplements should you be taking? Omega-3 fatty acids.

I think all of you. So omega-3 fatty acids have DHA, you know, docosahexaenoic acid, very useful for your neurons, for your memory. Okay.

So you start with omega-3 fatty acids. Biotin is good for anybody who has hair loss. I think because of NEET-PG, you have a lot of telogen effluvium, right? Stress-related, three months down the line, you guys know it.

So, biotin is low. Get your blood workup done. Okay.

See what vitamins you are deficient in. So, definitely a multivitamin. I take a, I take zincovit every day.

Iron folate. So I take a capsule, Otrin. Okay.

So that will correct. It has iron folate and B12. So most of us are anaemic, so that would help.

I’ve also started taking collagen recently, collagen peptides. So you can take that as well. And protein powder.

Please, guys, whether or not you are working out, please take whey protein or plant protein. Protein powder, Indians are grossly deficient in protein. Okay.

So, no matter whether you are working out or not, start supplementing with whey protein. Isopure is best. So isolate is the best protein.

This is all in my opinion. Okay. Please don’t argue and write the hate comments, but this is what I know from my limited experience.

So yeah, that’s it. I’m forgetting one more. Calcium.

Calcium, vitamin D, and I also take. So I drink like two to three litres of water. So this is what the ideal blueprint should be in terms of supplements.

So that is what it is. Have you guys now regret? Are you regretting? Ma’am, why did we ask all this, and why have you left this train of thought? Omega-3, which brand? Any brand will do. Take it from the medical store.

Don’t order on Blinkit and all, right? Because of Nutraceuticals versus, there is one thing: a lot of brands have come into Nutraceuticals these days, which sell food supplements, which are not actually pharmaceuticals. So their concentration is less. So always get it from the pharmacy, drugstore, or all supplement.

Don’t order it on Blinkit. You can keep changing. Alright, so that’s what any brand, I don’t want to promote any brand, take any brand, just see the ingredients, right? Just see the product.

Okay, guys, what will happen to individual folders of BTR? They will go into one BTR 1.0 to 6.0, which I will dump everything into. So if you want to see that, you can look for it. Zaru is asleep, guys.

Otherwise, I would have definitely called her today. No BTR 3.0, guys. I don’t think there is a need to have one more BTR 3.0 because BTR 2.0 has everything which was needed.

I mean, I don’t have much that I can improve upon. Whatever I want to add, I have already added as an extra. So I feel that classification is also good.

If I do BTR 3.0, I just merge both of them, which makes no sense because, anyway, you want that triaging, right? So let it be as it is. It’s not always a necessity. So I feel it is good enough.

No need for 3.0. Who is Zaru? She’s my daughter, Zara. She’s a three-year-old girl. Okay, please suggest some good web series and movies.

I haven’t seen a good web series, movies lately. You can also suggest. Sayyara’s review is going well.

Your generation is liking it apparently. So give it a try. I haven’t seen it.

I don’t feel it is my type at all. I watch MasterChef Australia. I love it.

I watch it very religiously. If you like food, you can try it. Everybody is saying Special Ops is very good.

So I have recently started Special Ops from Season 1 because I thought basics are important before venturing into 2. So I have started with the first. I will keep you guys updated. Okay.

Offline BTR, the four-day offline BTR, you mean? I have the dates. I can tell you right now if you want. It is going to be from 26, 27, 28, 29 October.

Only one in Delhi, nowhere else. The whole of India I travel with BTR, which I do before meeting. Can’t do it this time because there’ll be a boot camp.

There’s no literally zero day left because this is also consuming a lot of days, because we are doing it subject-wise. Okay. Alright.

So that is what it is. Alright, guys, so thank you. It was nice to chat with you, and just please relax, enjoy life, and smile a little.

Everybody has problems in life, right? Nobody has a perfect life. So that is never going to end. Right now, I feel you have two to three weeks to yourself, which you will probably never get in your life, where you are carefree.

You have no result to worry about. So why are you creating that for yourself? Why are you creating that pressure for yourself? Breathe a little. Enjoy.

Don’t worry about rank, cut-off results. So just relax and chill out. Okay.

Handle the other issues in life which are high priority. Spend time with family, parents, and friends. Okay.

Relax a little before the result is out, and then we get down to business. So I will be repeating all of this again. You know, not the skincare part, but the schedule and all.

I’ll come back. But right now, I just wanted to tell the people who were getting a bit restless as to what I have in store. Oka, guys, why I did go to the US?

So that’s a little, it’s not a very happy story. So I had given my step one and step two. And I was doing SRship at AIMS.

So, for those of you who don’t know me, I have done my MBBS from AIMS New Delhi. I’ve done an MD in Radiology from AIMS New Delhi. And I did my SRship from there.

So I think I was in my first year SRship when COVID happened. Right. I had already given my step one and step two CK and was going to give step two CS when literally the pandemic hit.

I was going to go for a fellowship and maybe would have just, you know, done four fellowships, done board certification, something and settled in the US. But after that, COVID happened. And I, after COVID, like we were posted everywhere, you know, during COVID-19, every department was even radiologists, right?

So we were in quarantine for two weeks. And then we were, you know, doing duties for one week like that, like everybody was doing at that time. So I was doing that.

And at that time, I just started teaching online on Unacademy. Unacademy was a platform where you were just, you know, allowed to do whatever you wanted to take, there’s a lot of like, whatever, I don’t know why I’m saying all this is politically very incorrect, talking about all this, but fine, let’s, that ship has sailed. So, so basically, I would take these sessions, and that somehow clicked.

So that’s how I got into teaching accidentally, because of COVID, because I had a lot of free time. So then the first wave was over, the second wave hit. And that is the time my father got very sick.

Okay, so that happened. And I lost my dad to the second pandemic when we were going to go to the US. And things changed a little after that.

So after that, I, you know, I found out that I was going to have Zara. And all of the things suddenly hit at once. You know, my father’s passing away, family responsibilities, my pregnancy, which was, anyway, very complicated, because I also developed COVID right when I was diagnosed, you know, when I got to know that I was pregnant.

So all throughout my pregnancy, I had different issues, and a lot of students know about it. I had GDM, she had IUGR, so lots of things. So all of that then took centre stage. And the US was on, you know, I just called that off completely, there was no scope to go anywhere.

You know, we’re just surviving one day at a time at that point in time. And then during that time, I was teaching, and teaching was my escape. And I fell in love with the entire process.

And that was when I started teaching other subjects. So, you know, students would come and say, Ma’am, I had something called Midnight Express. So I would keep teaching, you know, stuff, one after the other, slowly, slowly, it all came together.

So you might feel the BTRS overnight. No, it’s all of that one, one topic in detail, then I integrated it into different things. So it kept on evolving, you know, through these three, four, I think, five years of what I’ve, you know, started teaching.

So, so basically, that’s how my entire pregnancy was. And that’s how you know, a lot of people are surprised. Ki sab Zara se kyu itna attached hai? Because a lot of you have actually seen her from in utero to a neonate to, you know, growing up into a toddler and now a preschool child.

So, so that’s how the attachment is. I have read posts on Reddit about criticising that also, that ma’am is using a child. I’m not using my child.

It’s the attachment. Okay, so that is what you know it is. So that’s how life will give you opportunities.

I have been very lucky that I found different opportunities. After that, I taught on a different platform, then cerebellum came up, and BTR came up. And then the love that BTR has gotten was something I never imagined it was meant to be, like a short crash course that students will see in the end.

And then students just used it and made it a part, you know, of every student, you know, like seniors tell the juniors ki yeh kar lo. And you know, everybody has a BTR book in their hand. And that gives me so much joy.

And I’m really surprised, very, very pleasantly of how everything has turned out, you know. So I tell my students, jaise se Zara badhi hoti jaari, jaisi mera career bhi badhta jaara hai. So she’s definitely my lucky charm in terms of my career.

And that is what it is, you know, so I’m telling you all this, I just because, you know, I want to tell you how things have started and how things evolve. So it is never something which my rank gave me a lot of you feel ki aapka jo need ka rank aayega, INI ka rank aayega, usse aapki life set ho jayegi, no. What has happened to me is all, you know, one opportunity comes, you have to be ready for that, you have to give your best.

That is all I have done. I have given my heart and soul to whatever I’m doing in that moment. That is my advice to you.

Jo kar rahe ho usme apna 100% do. That is it. And success will come to you, money will come to you.

Don’t chase a rank, don’t chase money, don’t chase success. Aap apna best do and baaki sab chhod do. Wo apne aap hoga.

Usko chase karne se, usko push karne se wo apse door hi jata hai. That is what is my realisation. And something that I have learned a lot from Apoor sir as well is, you know, it is your intent that matters.

Toh main abhi jo bhi kar rahi ho, I do it with a very pure heart. It is not to cheat anybody. It is not to earn money.

Wo hota toh, you are very smart to see through it. So it is not for money at all. It is just to make your life easier.

It is just to help you guys make this year a little bit easier. Because I know it is very, very taxing. Aapko lag raha hoga ki aap sirf baith ke padh rahe ho.

But wo bohot heavy ho jata hai. Ki main sirf baith ke padh rahe ho. The rest of life is on hold.

That is how this one year becomes. So if I can make it a little easier, I have been blessed with that opportunity. Why not, right? So that is what is my motivation.

A lot of you ask ki aapka motivation kya hai? Why do you work so hard? Why do you have to do this to yourself? Ravi was asking, Why do you keep doing this? Why do you make your schedule so hectic? I don’t know. I can’t help it, you know. And I read this quote on Instagram, only that how blessed are those who have the opportunity to be tired on a pursuit of their own choosing, right? So yeh agar aapko kaam mil raha hai, you are already very blessed, isn’t it? So you can’t complain ki mere paas itna kaam hai, main toh itna kaam kar rahe ho.

I am so overtired. It happens to me on a lot of days. I get very cranky.

I get very ki mujhe kuch mere se manage nahi ho raha. Zara manage nahi ho raha. Yeh manage nahi ho raha.

Then you know when you get a fresh perspective, you are like, okay. Then you are really lucky that you have so much to be overwhelmed about. So that is a perspective that I want all of you guys to also have, okay, in life.

So this has turned into a complete philosophical session, very miscellaneous iska title change kar karna chahiye, miscellaneous talks with Dr. Zainab Vohra. So, that is what I wanted to share with you guys. I think we should call it a day.

And it was lovely talking to you guys. Please keep studying. I mean, please keep enjoying and studying if you are studying already.

I’ll start with the new strategy, the new plan, you know, from the 22nd of August, we’ll definitely have one live session going into the specifics of how you should be studying. But you know, I think I’ve given you a roadmap. Please target IICT November, please give it.

It’s a very good opportunity to get into a Central Institute. Give your best. And that’s why I have this story, at any given moment, you have the power to say this is not how my story will end.

So you have to take that call and enjoy your life in the process. Don’t let life be on a standstill, right? Exams aate rahenge jaate rahenge. Keep enjoying life.

Life is very transient. Enjoy it. Okay, guys.

So thank you so much. Bye-bye.
