Who Organises NEET PG?

The National Board of Examinations (NBE) organises the NEET PG entrance examination, which is a single entrance test for medical PG courses in India except for AIIMS, PGIMER, JIPMER, and some other institutes conducting separate examinations for admission into the PG Courses.

NEET PG 2025 Eligibility Criteria

These are the NEET PG 2025 eligibility criteria for candidates to appear for the NEET PG 2025:

1. Educational Qualification

The aspirant must hold an MBBS degree or a provisional MBBS pass certificate from any recognised institute or university by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or the National Medical Commission (NMC).

Internship: For the candidates desiring to appear in the entrance exam, they would have completed or must be completing their one-year rotatory compulsory internship on or before August 15, 2025.

2. Registration Certificate

A Permanent or Provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI/NMC or a State Medical Council.

3. Completion of Internship

In the absence of its successful completion by the deadline specified, the application will not be entertained.

4. Nationality Criteria: 

Indian citizens, NRIs, and Foreign Nationals are eligible to appear for NEET PG. Foreign nationals, however, need to be registered with the concerned medical authority in their country and get a temporary registration from MCI/NMC during PG.

NEET PG Application Form 2025

After following the eligibility criteria, the candidates need to complete the NEET PG application form 2025 during the registration period, usually announced on the official NBE website. Be sure all information is correct, and documents such as the registration certificate, proof of internship, and photo are uploaded properly.

NEET PG Admit Cards

Shortlisted candidates can download their NEET PG admit cards approximately 7–10 days prior to the NEET PG 2025 exam date. Admit cards should be taken to the test centre along with valid identification proof.
